From Program Chair Steve Combs: This year is the 25th Anniversary of the Technology Law Institute. The theme is 2010: a technology odyssey. In my almost 15 years as a member of the Technology Law Section, I have seen technology change in significant ways. The goal of this conference is to explore new areas–mobile platforms, website compliance, green law, digital media, and health information technology. Our current circumstances with the economy, environment, and healthcare provide significant opportunities for lawyers to make an impact and provide valuable services to their clients. It’s also an exciting time as social media and new ways of communicating are evolving. The speakers assembled for this conference are here to show us the way.
